By accessing or using the Members website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Membership
Members membership is subject to application and approval. Membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your membership agreement. We reserve the right to decline or terminate membership at our discretion.
Services
We endeavour to fulfil all requests to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific services, venues, or experiences. All services are subject to availability and the terms of our partners and suppliers.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Members website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Members or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify members of material changes via email.
